Whether you want to drill down on your diet, or make your workout sessions more effective, I have solutions for you. From nutrition programming to training programming and 1 on 1 personal training sessions to transformation challenges, you will find an ideal option waiting for you.

Great functioning bodies and health take time, much practice and lots of education. Why doesn’t everyone have a flawless, strong and lean body? Because it takes much consistency, knowledge and structure. A one off session through a taster of warm ups, stretches and exercises isn't a considerable enough undertaking to keep you headed in the direction of your goals.


Getting it right takes time and there are countless cues to keep in mind. Our bodies need a change in stimulus, so following the same program forever expecting to get great ongoing improvements like you would with specific plans made for your goals.

Without the help of a trainer, there won’t be that set of eyes keeping watch over technique, adapting exercises to an appropriate level, prescribing training regimens to align with goals or any personalised planning of their week to incorporate favourite exercises and classes to keep it fun.


There won't be anyone to assess posture, fix pain in one's body, or to be there to help even outside of the session to answer health, fitness and lifestyle queries. Basically, it's one will  be trying to navigate in the dark without much of a solid idea on what’s best for them.

Sessions will be held at Les Mills Newmarket in Auckland, but there will also be the option to train in a public outdoor setting such as the Auckland Domain, or in the comfort of the client's home/property.

For these workouts, equipment can be provided.

Different payment methods are available here. If you do not wish to pay by credit card online or with PayPal, tick the box in the consultation form to opt for bank transfer payment instead, and will NOT need to book a plan/program/session online, rather this can be organized separately. ​

Location wise for Personal Training, sessions may take place at a Central Auckland Les Mills club, in an outdoor setting in Auckland Central such as Auckland Domain, or in the comfort of the client's home. Please be advised that the home option is for existing clients who I have met in person.

​

Note that all services (and plans/programs) can be purchased on behalf of someone or as a gift. If you are not quite sure which option would be best for your special person select a voucher (in the Online Coaching section), flick me a message and I'll give you some recommendations, or even better, we'll design a unique plan together to tick all the boxes! If you decide to leave today, you’ll actively be choosing to stay in the same place as you were before you came in. This place we know is not where you want to be because you made the effort to come here in the first place. Most likely, that was to get some sort of guidance.


The thing is, when people walk out the door, they seldom come back. For a lot of us, it’s hard enough as it is even walking in.
