I want personalized training from a professional and that's why I've been committing. The best thing so far has been forming a workout routine and getting to know moves that I am doing on my own.  I've also developed the courage to try workout moves or machines I would have never touched before. PT with Lidia is fun, interesting, and I'm  feeling changes every week.
