Description

Three 1-hour sessions and 2 comprehensive programmes. Held Online / in a public outdoor setting such as the Auckland Domain, or in the comfort of the client's home/property. For in person workouts equipment can be provided. Session includes the provision of two personalized training programs. How the session goes can be up to you. If you'd like assistance with any movements or routines, I am here to help. Alternatively, you may wish to let me comprise a routine where we can work on strength, conditioning, alleviating pain and correcting form & posture for the most optimal results. 1 time offer not in conjunction with anything other, must not have had any previous free or paid sessions.


Cancellation Policy - 24 hours notice

To reschedule, please allow 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the booking. Note that the requested time is a preference and may differ slightly.

For all programs and coaching services (excluding single training and nutrition plans), a consultation is required to ensure your the personalized programming is best fitted to your lifestyle and goals. 
What is included: discussion of lifestyle, individual health, preferences, goal setting, diet/exercise strategies, general and specific health advice, (& movement assessment for training clients).
A consultation comprises individualized advice regarding health & fitness.
